Development of a large office building and adjacent family home, within walking distance of Brighton Mainline Station and the Seven Dials area, into 12 mixed sized residential units. 

The large family home was converted into 4 Luxury Mansion Flats which were subsequently all sold. The former office building was converted into 8 flats and retained for the rental market. The 8 flats are yielding a 22% gross annual return. The entire project has given a capital gain of over 130%.
