Sometimes we see an opportunity that is too good to miss. Sometimes that opportunity makes sense within a Joint Venture format using multiple investors.
Many of our clients have begun their relationship with us this way as a first step towards property investment and development. This format also allows smaller investors access to larger projects.
It goes without saying that we make sure pooled investment arrangements comply with FCA regulation 13/3, and impartial solicitors are appointed to oversee all arrangements.
