We secured a very rare one acre plot containing a single dilapidated bungalow in this growing area - a great example of our ability to secure sites with massive potential before anybody else knows they exist.

 

We purchased the property having also secured planning permission to demolish the bungalow, clear the site and create 7 residential units.

 

6 three bedroom semi-detached houses and a two bedroom detached bungalow have just been completed (April 2019). We are predicting an 80% profit on this project.
